Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive
revenue growth. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales
strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep
understanding of digital marketing and media services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

5. Collaboration with Other Departments:

6. Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a digital marketing or media company, but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and media services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
